Entretanto, sabemos que cada ag\u00eancia tem sua pr\u00f3pria metodologia. Por isso, a partir de hoje, voc\u00ea tem o poder de escolha<\/strong> sobre como deseja gerenciar a nomenclatura dos seus projetos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nova configura\u00e7\u00e3o: ative ou desative a sigla nos projetos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Inclu\u00edmos um novo bot\u00e3o de controle para que voc\u00ea decida se deseja ou n\u00e3o utilizar o formato SIGLA-000-AA em seus projetos e documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acesse Configura\u00e7\u00f5es > Configura\u00e7\u00f5es do iClips > Configura\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais > Sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voc\u00ea encontrar\u00e1 a op\u00e7\u00e3o para habilitar Utilizar o c\u00f3digo padr\u00e3o (SIGLA-001-AA) nos projetos e documentos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • SIM (Ativado)<\/strong>:O c\u00f3digo no formato SIGLA-000-AA ser\u00e1 exibido em todos os projetos e documentos.\n

    • O c\u00f3digo aparece em: Lista de Projetos, T\u00edtulos, PDFs<\/strong> (Or\u00e7amento, OS, Proposta, PI, Planejamentos de M\u00eddia, Evento) e no Nome do Arquivo Baixado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • N\u00c3O (Desativado)<\/strong>: O c\u00f3digo com a sigla e o n\u00famero sequencial n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 exibido<\/strong> na lista de projetos nem nos documentos gerados.\n

      • O c\u00f3digo ser\u00e1 ocultado, simplificando a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Se voc\u00ea gostou do formato, marque SIM para manter o padr\u00e3o e o hist\u00f3rico organizado. Se a sua ag\u00eancia prefere uma visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o mais simples, deixe habilitado como N\u00c3O para desativar a exibi\u00e7\u00e3o da sigla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
